How to Apply

Apply a small amount to the bottoms of the feet, hands—especially the fingers—chest, and back of the neck. Gently spread the cream over the desired area without vigorous or prolonged rubbing, which can cause the aromatic oils to dissipate more quickly. Allow the cream to absorb naturally into the skin at its own rate rather than attempting to rub it in completely. Use on clean, dry skin and reapply as needed.
