• Massage into the skin to support muscle tension, cramping, anxiety, stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and fatigue.
• Apply to the bottom of both feet, the back of your neck and your hands for a soothing effect to help you unwind.
• Use Nerve Support cream for a deeply relaxing massage.

For general applications apply on the bottom of the feet, the back of neck, and on the hands. Also can be applied to affected area(s).

Skin sensitivity may occur. Essential Oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin.
