1. Diffusion (Oil Blends and Diffuser Blends)

• Ultrasonic Diffusers - These diffusers use ultrasonic waves to create a fine mist of water and essential oils.
• Nebulizing Diffusers - Nebulizing diffusers use pressurized air to break essential oils into tiny particles, which are then diffused into the air in a fine mist.
• Evaporative Diffusers - A fan blows air through a pad or filter where essential oils have been applied. As the air passes through, it evaporates and disperses the oils.
• Heat Diffusers - Heat diffusers, as the name suggests, use heat to evaporate the essential oils. This can be done through electric devices, candles, or even light bulbs.
• Reed Diffusers - Reed diffusers consist of a container filled with essential oil-infused liquid and reed sticks that absorb and release the scent into the air.
• Clay or Stone Diffusers - These diffusers are made from porous clay or stone that absorbs the essential oils and releases their aroma over time.

2. Topical (Essential Oil Creams and Oil Blends with a carrier oil added)

Placing the oil or cream directly on the skin.

3. Inhalation (Essential Oil Nasal Inhalers)

These are portable devices, often in the form of a small tube, where essential oils are applied to a wick. The wick is then inhaled directly.

• Use in a personal diffuser to help quiet coughs.
• Adding a few drops to a warm bath to help relax the chest and ease coughing
• Adding a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhaling the steam to clear congestion and calm coughing

• Eucalyptus Globulus: Contributes a strong, fresh, and camphoraceous scent, adding a medicinal yet refreshing aspect.

Middle Notes:

• Anise Myrtle: Brings a sweet, licorice-like aroma that is slightly spicy and herbal, adding a unique character to the blend.
• Marjoram: Adds a sweet, herbal, and slightly spicy scent, providing warmth and complexity to the heart of the blend.
• Davana: Lends a fruity, rich, and slightly sweet note with a hint of herbaceousness, adding depth and a unique twist to the middle notes.

Base Notes:

• Cedarwood: Provides a warm, woody, and slightly sweet base note that adds depth and acts as an anchor for the blend.

Overall Scent Description:

• Initial Impression: The blend opens with a refreshing burst of cool mint from peppermint, combined with the bright and uplifting citrus note of tangerine. The strong, medicinal freshness of eucalyptus and the green, spicy touch of basil add complexity to the top layer.
• Evolving Heart: As the top notes begin to fade, the unique and slightly sweet licorice-like aroma of anise myrtle emerges, complemented by the herbal warmth of marjoram and the rich, fruity complexity of davana. This creates a balanced and intriguing middle layer.

Skin sensitivity may occur. Essential Oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin.

As with all essential oils, never use them in eyes or mucous membranes.
